Who we share it with
We share your information only with the bank, NBFC, insurer or other provider you ask us to approach, and with service providers who help us run our business under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Calls and messages
When you submit a form you agree that we and the lending partner you choose may contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about your request, even if your number is registered on the DND list. You can ask us to stop at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements, and then delete or anonymise it.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, by writing to us at the details on our contact page.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. We will never ask for your OTP, card PIN or banking passwords.
